Napkin Holder from a Broken CD

Materials Needed :- 1.An old CD broken into equal two halves
                                   2. A Thermocol sheet
                                   3. Glitter powder (two contrast colours of your choice)
                                   4. Small decorative pieces like stars or roses
                                   5. Glue
                                   6.Paper cutter
                                   7.Some tissues

Method:-
  1.  Take the Thermocol sheet and cut out a rectangular piece from it. Remember the rectangular piece should be a little bigger so that it have some space on all four sides after we set the cd halves.
  2. cover the piece with glue on its top and all the sides and cover it with glitter powder. let it dry completely.
  3. now take the cd halves and press their  straight side on the rectangular Thermocol piece in such a manner so that it is inserted in the sheet a bit and stand firmly with the rounded side up. there should be some space in between the cd halves so that some tissues can be tucked in it. refer the picture if you have a problem. as the Thermocol sheet is soft, it is quite easy to cut and set the cd halves firmly in it.
  4. now take the cd halves carefully and you will see the cuts have been made on the thermocol piece.
  5. now cover the front part of the cd halves(which will be on the outer side) with glue and cover with the contrast coloured glitter powder.let it dry.
  6. now you can make a little detailing on the cd halves by pasting small decorative pieces of your choice or use a 3d glitter or you can use both of them. let them dry completely.
  7. carefully insert the cd halves on the thermocol piece where the cuts have been made.
  8. your Napkin holder is ready.. now fold the tissues in triangle or rectangle shape and put it inside the holder.
